You are obliged to provide an explanation on the way you procure contact information to send your promotional or other emails through our Service. We do not allow to send emails to contacts obtained illegally or unethically, including but not limited to data theft, deception, hacking, spoofing, fishing etc. Be aware that many countries have developed laws governing the collection and use of personal information. You represent and warrant that (i) You understand the terms of this Policy, the applicable legislative rules including CAN-SPAM Act, and agree to comply with them, and (ii) You are aware of and agree to fulfill the requirements of CAN-SPAM Act and any other applicable anti-spam or data processing legislation even in case Your primary business or legal entity is located outside the territory of the United States.
